Dear Sirs

I cannot in anyway support this bill and firmly believea great many other welsh voters share my concerns. Using yet more low paid taxpayers money to create high paid jobs for a few well connected people is immoral.  This bill will bring the devolved government even more revulsion from a large proportion of the electorate.  This is badly thought out and horrendously timed.

Please delay or cancel this plan. Wales deserves better than yet more gravy train leaches when so many people that this administration claim to serve are in poverty and destitution.
